How it Works
1. Submit your property
Fill out the form on the CONTACT page, give us a call, or just send an email telling us about your property. Once we receive your information, we will review your property, perform our initial due diligence, call you for any additional information, and research recent sales data to determine what we can offer.
2. Get a cash offer
We will contact you to present and discuss your offer. Once we come to an agreement, we’ll prepare a Purchase Agreement and send it to you for signature. When we receive the signed Purchase Agreement, we’ll submit it to the title company to begin the title search and arrange a closing date.
3. Get paid
On the date of closing, you can go in person to the title company to sign documents or they can send a mobile notary to meet with you. Once the title company has all original signed documents, they will hand you a certified check, overnight one to you, or wire the funds to your bank account (based on your preference).
